Meet Our Team

Ron began his insurance career in 1985 as a Sales and Marketing Representative with Crum and Forster Insurance Company. In 1988, Ron decided to enter the Independent Agency system, and ultimately purchased the RHK Group in July of 1991. Under Ron’s leadership, the agency has more than tripled in size, and currently serves more than 5,000 clients in 25 states. Ron has served on numerous insurance company agent advisory boards. He is also involved in several community and charitable organizations throughout Central Ohio.

Since 1979, Keith has excelled in providing excellent customer care for his agency’s clients. He and his staff strive to provide proper, individualized protection to meet each client’s specific needs. A graduate of Capital University, Columbus, Ohio, Keith holds Ohio licenses for property and casualty insurance, and life and health insurance, as well as financial products. Keith has dedicated his entire career to educating his clients about the insurance options available to them and structuring a coverage portfolio to protect their homes, vehicles, life, health, and financial well-being.

Todd started his insurance career over 30 years ago after graduating from The Ohio State University with a degree in Business Administration. Todd brings a high level of experience and expertise to his clients and works diligently with them to find a plan that meets all their concerns. His mission is to build customized insurance policies tailored to each client’s specific personal, business or life insurance needs. The Agency’s focus and commitment to exceeding our customers’ service expectations has and always will be priority #1.

Jenny has managed the Personal Insurance department at RHK Group since 1991. She takes great pride in providing prompt, efficient service, and developing strong trusted relationships with clients. Jenny also works with our insurance company partners to ensure they are providing the best value and service possible to our clients.

Krystal has worked at the RHK Group since 2010 in the Personal Insurance department. Krystal has provided outstanding service to our existing clients, and spends much of her time helping new clients find comprehensive, affordable coverage.

Sue has worked at the RHK Group since 1991 and has been an Account Manager in the Employee Benefits department since 2001. Sue has primarily worked with large fully insured and self-funded groups, handling tasks such as marketing, customer service, claim resolution, onboarding, and compliance.

Janet has worked at the RHK Group since 1996 and has been an Account Manager in the Employee Benefits department since 2010. Janet has primarily worked with small fully insured and self-funded groups, handling tasks such as marketing, customer service, claim resolution, onboarding, and compliance.

Karin Sodders has served the agency’s clients as a licensed property and casualty sales and service representative since 2001. She specializes in personal lines insurance, providing client case reviews, and facilitating policy updates and changes. Her detail-oriented approach assures that clients’ service needs are met efficiently and thoroughly.
